Questionnaires

The Questionnaires page enables you to design unique custom questions linked to a specific template, which can then be dispatched to designated assessment contacts.

 


  1. Add – This feature enables the creation of a question, which must be assigned to a specific template and assessment contact.  
  2. Column Selections - Users can choose which columns to display, with available options including Name, Team, Additional Stakeholders, Owner, Template, and Assessment Contacts.  
  3. Edit – This option allows users to make corrections to the questionnaire. Please note that once a questionnaire has been sent, it cannot be edited. However, users can create a duplicate using the copy button, which can be modified as needed. Additionally, this feature enables you to rename the newly created, unsent copy of the questionnaire and safely cancel the token assigned to the original questionnaire if necessary.  
  4. Duplicate – This option creates a copy of the selected questionnaire, which can be renamed if desired.  
  5. Delete – This action removes the question. It’s important to note that deleting a question will not affect any questionnaires that have already been sent to users prior to the deletion.  
  6. Send – This function will send the questionnaire to the selected assessment contact, which was pre-selected during the questionnaire creation process.
