Questionnaire Templates

The Questionnaire Templates page is a versatile tool that enables you to customize and manage your questionnaires with ease. Here, you have the option to edit any existing questionnaires, allowing you to refine questions, update information, or modify the layout to better suit your needs. Additionally, if you’re looking to create a new template from scratch, this page provides a user-friendly interface to guide you through the process, ensuring that your new questionnaire meets all your requirements and objectives. Whether you are making adjustments to an existing template or starting fresh, the Questionnaire Templates page is designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow.

 


  1. Add – This option will prompt you to decide whether SimpleRisk should automatically create the questionnaire template based on your selected framework and controls, or if you prefer to manually build the template by choosing from existing questions in the system. Please note that templates cannot mix automatically generated questions with predefined ones, and default questions cannot be used in this process. This feature exclusively generates questions from Compliance Forge SCF frameworks, and you may select only one framework at a time. However, you have the flexibility to choose as few or as many controls from that framework as needed to generate your questions.  

  2. Edit – This option allows users to modify the questionnaire template without affecting any results that have already been collected using that template.  

  3. Duplicate – This feature enables you to create a copy of the selected template.  

  4. Delete – This option allows you to remove the template. Deleting a template will not affect any questionnaire results collected prior to its deletion. Additionally, deleting a template will not remove the questions associated with it. If your goal is to also delete the questions, it's advisable to first remove them from the Questionnaires Question menu while filtering for the template you wish to delete.
