Import/Export (Assessments)

This page allows users to conveniently import existing data into various categories, including assessment contacts, questions for assessment questionnaires, templates for assessment questionnaires, and completed questionnaire assessments, using CSV or XLS/XLSX formats. Additionally, you can export these data types directly from this page.

 

  1. Import Type - This dropdown menu lets you choose the type of data you wish to import.
  2. Select File - This opens a dialog box where you can browse and select the file you want to import.
  3. Import - Press this button to initiate the import mapping process and upload the chosen file.
  4. Export Type - Use this dropdown to select data for export from either the questionnaire template or the assessment.
  5. Export - Click this button to download the data based on your selected option.
