  1. Company – The name of the vendor’s organization  
  2. Name – The individual responsible for assessment and risk compliance.  
  3. Email Address – The email of the designated contact person at the vendor.  
  4. Phone – The contact number for the person overseeing compliance at the vendor.
  5. Contact Manager – The owner or account manager from your company.
  6. Details – Any pertinent information regarding the contact person or the vendor organization.  
  7. Save – Click this button to store the assessment contact information.
